I realize at this point I have been offline a little too long so I though it best to post this short note. For the last week I have been working on cleaning up and finalizing our books for 2010. I put it off as long as I could in order to deliver watches during the last 7 months. I spent the last week trying to get as much of the paperwork done as possible. The process is about 60% complete and I expect that I am at the point that I can take small bites out of what work is left over the course of this month so that we can get back to "normal service" on the forum and watch shipments.
Concurrently I have been working on streamlining our back-office administrative tasks and working out how to restructure and optimize our customer service responsibilities. The primary goal is to make our customer service more consistent and scalable. Over the next few days and weeks I will be updating the sites to reflect the changes in procedures and policies. This includes updating of the watches available on the e-boutique.
I will be short staffed over the next week or so but service should gradually return to normal by the 19th.
