Kingston GO Delivery beginning

Kingston GO delivery will begin the week of April 16th, 2012. The delivery schedule is grouped as follows:

* We stared a few non-date Kingstons (C3 and BG W9), which number less than 5 units. These will be completed first. Their tickets will be updated by Tuesday with their estimated ship dates.

* The date dialed Kingstons will be delivered next. The tickets for these customers will also be updated by Tuesday with the estimated ship dates.

* For the Kingston Non-Date C3 and BG W9 shipments will begin after the delivery of the date dialed Kingstons are completed. We are still waiting for the watches to return from Switzerland, where they are being assembled. The current projection is that we will begin delivery of the non-date Kingstons in June. The tickets for these customers will be updated in May.

a little worse for wear because of the jet lag but the best I have felt after a trip overseas. Baselworld was interesting and productive. In short though not a lot of new watches launched from my perspective but still a few goods ones were announced. More on that later.

Travel Notice (March 6th – March 16th)

I will be traveling for the Baselworld watch fair from today (March 6th) through March 16th. We will be checking tickets and I will be checking in on the forum while we are away. However please note that there will be limitations to what we can do while I am out of the office.

The E-boutique will be open and ordering will remain active. Scheduling of new orders will be on hold until I am back in the office on the 19th.

Kingston pre-order shipments

near completion. As noted before we still have two pieces (C61 and C52) that won’t be completed until I return from Basel. While that is quite frustrating for myself and the customers involved all of the remaining watches in the Pre-order and the parts kits that were delayed have shipped today. If you did not get a shipping confirmation from USPS please contact us and we will take care of that on Monday. For the FedEx orders that information will be updated on Monday as well.

Thanks for everyone’s patience and I look forward to beginning the GO shipments when I return from Basel.

Kingston Pre-order delivery update

There is an error message that says the licensed has expired. Since payment for the service we use was submitted less than a week ago there must be a glitch on their end of the billing system. We have submitted a service request and are waiting to hear back from them. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please note that any e-mails sent to us while the system is down will not be received and you will have to re-send again once the system is back up and running.

Project 300 Name survey now open

The Plankowner’s name survey has been sent out via e-mail. If you did not get this e-mail please submit a ticket or post a response to your existing ticket for your deposit. We will get back to you later next week when we are back to full strength.

There is also a more general survey posted on our forum. You have to be a member of the forum to be able to vote, but joining is free! Please note that if you are a Plankowner the e-mail survey is the one that you should take. Any Plankowner entries in the general survey will not be incorporated into the Plankowner survey.
