The TR-1000 represents the first Tornek-Rayville watch in over 30 years. The resurrection of this legend in military watches is the culimination of an effort lasting more than 5 years. The original Tornek-Rayville was manufactured specifically for the U.S. military under Military Specification Mil-W-22176A(SHIPS) / Watch, Wrist, Submersible and was the brain child of Mr. Allen Tornek. Approximately 1,000 of the original watches were manufactured for delivery to the U.S. Navy in the1960s. The originals are very rare today and collectible. The TR-1000 by Mk II pays homage to the original watch, model number TR-900, and individually assembled by hand and tested in this limited series here in the U.S.A. Below is a picture of the original watch. This particular piece was issued to a Force Recon Marine during the Vietnam War.

In this first series of the Tornek-Rayville there will be approximately 10-15 pieces available. While this is not a limited edition piece, only limited quantities of the Tornek-Rayville series will be available each year.
