There is an issue with being able to view older tickets through the system. The IT guys are working on it but it might take a little longer to sort out. I thought I had done something wrong but apparently it has to do with the upgrade to the new version and the importing of the older data that preceded the upgrade.
UPDATE: The bug was caused by the user having inputted his e-mail in all capital letters. I did a test and this only effects customers that use all-caps to type in their e-mail address. If it has a few capital letters it is okay. If you have any trouble viewing your tickets please check the format of your e-mail address. If that doesn’t work please let us know.
